OUR PHILOSOPHY
Why We Built One Step Pediatrics.
The traditional pediatric model was designed for efficiency, not relationships. Physicians see 20–30 patients a day, appointments last 10 minutes, and families are left navigating phone trees and long wait times when their child needs care most.
We believe there is a better way. At One Step Pediatrics, we have deliberately chosen a smaller patient panel so that Dr. Saint-Hilaire can offer the kind of care she trained to provide: extended appointments, same-day access, direct communication, and a genuine partnership with every family she serves.

Lizabeth Saint-Hilaire, MD
Dr. Lizabeth Saint-Hilaire is a board-certified pediatrician with over 14 years of clinical experience caring for children from birth through young adulthood.
After years in traditional practice settings, Dr. Saint-Hilaire recognized that the insurance-driven model was creating a barrier between physicians and the families who needed them most. She founded One Step Pediatrics to remove that barrier, and to build the kind of practice she always envisioned.
Dr. Saint-Hilaire brings expert, evidence-based care to every visit, from newborns to adolescents, with a warmth and attentiveness that families immediately notice.

Wilmer Saint-Hilaire leads the operational and administrative side of One Step Pediatrics, ensuring that every family's experience is seamless, warm, and professionally managed from the very first contact.
With a background in engineering, operations and a deep personal investment in the practice's mission, Wilmer is responsible for the systems, processes, and relationships that allow Dr. Saint-Hilaire to focus on patient care.
